Sister Rosemary Becker was always welcoming and thoughtful, a very good tutor for many children over the years. It has been a pleasure getting to know her at the Monastery and she will be missed.

My heart goes out to the whole community, and specially to her mission-mates from the Bloomington outreach years. Sr. Rosemary always asked for news of our children, and was an eager and attentive listener as well as a delightful conversationalist. I will carry her in my prayers as I spend the day (March 3) communing with my mom, who would have turned 93 today. They will both be my conversation partners!
